Ruba's Proprietary Menopause Complex stimulates estrogen receptors which may relieve menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, disruptive sleep, anxiety, mood swings, brain fog, concentration, low energy, headaches, heart palpitations, low libido, vaginal dryness, weight gain, dehydration, joint and muscle discomfort.*

How long does it take for Ruba to start working?

The time it takes to feel the benefits of Ruba can vary depending on your specific needs. Electrolytes provide immediate hydration. Generally, users might start noticing improvements within a few days to a couple of weeks. Individual results vary by user.

What are the instructions for use and ways to enjoy Ruba?

For one serving of Ruba, we recommend one scoop or a level spoon in 8-12 ounces of cold water, or to taste. The provided scoop should be filled up to the faint line (about 2/3 of the way up). Shake vigorously.

Ruba can also be enjoyed in smoothies, jello, popsicles, mocktails.

Why does the powder settle and darken at the bottom of my cup?

Ruba's ingredients vary in solubility and density levels. Using a shaker bottle or a blender can help. The dark color can be attributed to ingredients like beets, rhubarb root, berries, and purple cabbage, which can impart a dark hue, or the acidity of some fruits can alter the color of other components in the mixture.

Why refrigerate Ruba after opening?

To help maintain the flavor and the potency of the ingredients. Reseal the pouch after using and refrigerate or keep in a cool dry pantry. Avoid exposing the powder to humidity or direct or prolonged heat.

Is Ruba third-party tested?

The ingredients in our Proprietary Menopause Complex have been selected based on existing research on their benefits for alleviating menopause symptoms. On top of that Ruba is setting up to be tested by an independent authority to ensure the potency and purity.
